Hello, and thanks for checking out my portfolio site! My name is Sean Goldmsith. I'm a developer living in Chicago, Il. I've been working as a developer for nearly four years. I love this work because I enjoy learning and solving problems. Although much of my experience is focused on the front end, I've also been fortunate enough to work on some backend and dev ops tasks as well! I strive for a well rounded understanding of web technologies.

In my professional life, I also take so called "soft skills" seriously. Working with a team presents many challenges. Meeting those challenges with understanding, curiousity, and humility is important. I take pride in being the best coworker I can be.

Outside of work, I keep busy with a handful of rad hobbies. I've been playing chess for nearly a decade. A fact which my rating, sadly, does not reflect! Recently I've picked up tennis and have become completely hooked. Yoyos, rubiks cube; the list goes on and on.
